About Tisha

Tisha Deloney is the CEO and Founder of Orchestratr which specializes in creating automated process workflows for impact-driven businesses. She is also a certified Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Developer and former Auditor, whose priority is to help business owners create more efficient processes so they can fulfill their missions while still having time for the people and activities they enjoy.

After over a decade of Audit and Business Consulting experience with Fortune 500 companies, she realized that she wanted to do more than climb the corporate ladder. Instead, she wanted to use her skills to help small business owners regain their lives and increase their impact in less time.

Tisha is passionate about helping entrepreneurs drive change and growth through systems and automation. She’s also a native Texan currently living outside Washington, DC. In her spare time, she is an avid cyclist and an adventure seeker who enjoys anything outdoors. She also loves making way too many Pinterest boards and discovering new local coffee shops.
